Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Whisk, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Whip the ricotta, a third of the sugar & a splash of water, using a whisk or handheld mixer. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk & another third of the sugar. Whisk it all together.
Step 3
Dredge the brioche slices in the egg-milk mixture. Be sure the slices are thoroughly soaked on both sides!
Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the brioche slices to the pan.
Step 5
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the brioche. Brown the slices for 2 min.
Step 6
Flip over the slices & cook for 2 more min.
Step 7
Flip once more to nicely caramelized the brioche!
Step 8
Transfer the slices to a serving plate.
Step 9
Add a dollop of the whipped ricotta to each slice of French toast. Top with a spoonful of blueberry jam. Serve & enjoy!
