Dumplings with Zingy Cabbage Slaw

Step 1
Thinly slice the scallions.




Step 2
Add the coleslaw mix & 1/2 the scallions to a bowl. Drizzle with the sesame oil, rice vinegar & soy sauce. Toss well.

Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Add frozen dumplings flat-side down & cook for 3-4 min until golden brown.
Step 4
Pour in water (2 tbsp per serving) & cover with a lid. Let steam for 5-6 min until the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the lid & let any remaining water evaporate.

Step 5
Serve the dumplings over the slaw. Sprinkle with the remaining scallions & the sesame seeds (optional). Serve with extra soy sauce on the side, if you'd like. Enjoy!
