A spicy burger topped with creamy blue cheese dressing, served with waffle fries, YUM :-)
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Oven, Sheet Tray, Frying pan
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F or according to package instructions. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper & spread out the frozen waffle fries. Bake until golden & crispy, about 15 min.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add ground chicken, buffalo sauce, salt & pepper. Using a spoon or your hands, mix it all together until combined. Form equal sized patties (1/4 pound of meat = 2 small patties or 1 large).
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken patties & sear 5-7 min per side, until fully cooked. Toast the buns on the same pan (optional).
Step 4
Spread blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of the bun. Layer on lettuce & the buffalo chicken burger. Add another spoonful of dressing if desired. Close with the top bun & serve with crispy waffle fries. Enjoy!
