Knife, Air fryer
Step 1
Clean & cut the potatoes into wedges (peeling is optional).
Step 2
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil & season with smoked paprika & salt. Toss well, then cook for 20 min at 400°F, stirring halfway through.
Step 3
Add the chicken tenders to the air fryer basket on top of the potatoes. Cook for 10-12 min at 400°F, flipping the chicken tenders halfway through, until crispy.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the curry sauce. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, curry powder & a drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Step 5
When cooked through, remove the chicken tenders & potato wedges from the air fryer. Both should be golden & crispy.
Step 6
Serve with creamy curry sauce for dipping & a side of salad greens, dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
Times and temperatures vary for all air fryers, so try cooking in batches and avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking! Always refer to the air fryer manual for best practices & results!
