Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 2

While the rice is cooking, peel & thinly slice the red onion. Roughly chop the cilantro.

Once the rice is cooked, fluff with a fork. Add the drained tuna, red onion, cilantro & rice to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Gently stir the ingredients together & enjoy!
