Step 1

Wash & trim the strawberries. Cut them into quarters. Wash & halve the baby tomatoes. Place the strawberries & tomatoes in a salad bowl. Arrange torn pieces of burrata over top.

Basil (fresh)
Balsamic vinegar

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper & torn basil leaves (optional). Pour the dressing over your salad. Enjoy!
