Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi & cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned.

Gorgonzola
Spinach (fresh)
Heavy cream

Step 2

Stir in the spinach, cream & gorgonzola. Lower the heat, cover & cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
