Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min.
Stir in the spinach. Add the cream & gorgonzola. Reduce the heat to low. Add a splash of water. Cover & cook for 3-5 min.
Remove from heat. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
