Frying pan, Stovetop, Knife

White rice (long grain)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff the rice & set aside.

Italian pork sausage links (sweet)

Step 2

Heat drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sausages. Cook for 5 min on each side until nicely browned. Remove the sausages & set aside.

Cherry tomatoes
Italian seasoning

Step 3

Heat another drizzle of olive oil in the pan & add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. Cook the tomatoes 3 min then reduce the heat to low & cover the pan. Cook for 5 more min.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Serve the fluffed rice on a plate. Add the sausage & tomatoes on top. Season to taste & garnish with freshly chopped parsley if you wish. Enjoy!
