Red apple

Step 1

Peel the apples. Quarter each apple & remove the core. Slice each wedge again.

Butter (unsalted)
Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apples & sugar. Add a pinch of cinnamon (optional). Brown the apples for 5-6 min, until golden.

Pancakes

Step 3

Make your pancakes as you wish! Serve with the caramelized apples & cover everything with the leftover caramel. Serve & enjoy!
