Ice pop mold, Knife
Step 1
Wash the apricots. Remove the pits. Then thinly slice the apricots.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt & honey. Add a pinch of dried thyme (optional).
Step 3
Spoon the yogurt-honey mixture into ice pop molds. Be sure to fill them only halfway! Add the apricot slices to the molds. Gently stir. Add more yogurt or apricot slices as needed.
Step 4
Freeze for 3 hours, or according to the ice pop mold instructions. Enjoy!
