Wash the peaches & remove the pits. Slice the peaches into wedges.
In a large pitcher, add the peaches, peach nectar, white wine & half the mint leaves.
Stir it all together. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Overnight is even better!
When it's time to serve, add the sparkling lemonade & the rest of the mint leaves. Serve in glasses with 2-3 ice cubes. Enjoy!
