Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Reserve a bit of pasta cooking liquid for the sauce.
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced or crushed garlic. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Add the cream, tomato paste & vodka to the pan.
Then, add 1/8 c of pasta cooking liquid (per person). Stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to low & simmer until the pasta is done.
Drain the pasta. Add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss to combine.
Remove from heat. Garnish with shaved or grated parmesan. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
