Creamy cheesy pasta & juicy chicken, what more could you want? :-)
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater, Knife
Step 1
In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water & set aside.
Step 2
Pat the chicken dry & slice into strips. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, season with salt & pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown on all sides, about 7-8 min.
Step 3
Grate the garlic into the pan & add the heavy cream. Stir & simmer on low heat for 2-3 min or until the cream is bubbly & thickened.
Step 4
Add in the grated cheese & stir. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Step 5
Drain the pasta & add it to the frying pan. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water & stir it all together.
Step 6
Serve with additional parmesan on top if desired. Enjoy!
