Step 1
Peel the orange rind into strips, using a veggie peeler. Neatly trim the edges of the orange peels.
Step 2
Add the simple syrup & whisky to a cocktail shaker or tall glass.
Step 3
Add dashes of aromatic bitters (optional) & an ice cube. Twist, squeeze & drop an orange peel into the shaker.
Step 4
Stir vigorously with a spoon for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add 2-3 ice cubes to each drinking glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glasses.
Step 6
Twist, squeeze & drop an orange peel into each glass. Cheers!
