Make sure you have...

Step 1
Rinse & drain the lentils.

Step 2
Wash the figs. Remove the stems. Quarter the figs. If using dried figs, cut into thin slices!




Step 3
Add the arugula to a serving bowl. Top with the figs, lentils & crumbled feta. Season with salt & pepper. Top with a drizzle of olive oil.
