Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook the green beans for 3-4 min. Drain & set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel & thinly slice the red onion. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
On a plate, add the lettuce, green beans, drained & rinsed chickpeas, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes & crumbled feta.
Step 4
Season with olive oil, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
