Step 1

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp, cumin & minced garlic.

Peel the avocado. Remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado.

Peel & finely slice the onion.

Top each warmed tortilla with spiced shrimp, avocado, onion, a squeeze of lime & chopped cilantro.
