Ingredients

Stovetop, Pot (small) and Frying pan.

Recipe

Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. When the pasta is done, set aside a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the salmon skin-side down. Season with salt & pepper & sear for 3-4 min on each side, until golden brown. Keep warm.

Garlic
Spinach (fresh)

Step 3

In the same pan, add the grated garlic & spinach. Sauté for 1-2 min until wilted.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)
Lemon

Step 4

Add the heavy cream, grated parmesan & lemon juice. Stir, then lower the heat & simmer for 1-2 min, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 5

Add the drained pasta & reserved pasta water, if needed. Stir to evenly coat for another 1-2 min.

Step 6

Serve the creamy spinach linguine with the grilled salmon. Top with extra grated parmesan, if you have any left. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
