Ingredients

Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (large)

Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. When the pasta is done, set aside a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.

Garlic
Cooked shrimp

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic & shrimp. Sauté for 1-2 min.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)
Lemon

Step 3

Add the heavy cream, grated parmesan & lemon juice. Stir, then lower the heat & simmer for 1-2 min, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 4

Add the drained pasta & reserved pasta water, if needed. Stir to evenly coat for another 1-2 min.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 5

Serve the creamy shrimp linguine topped with extra grated parmesan & minced parsley, if you have any. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
