Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°. Peel, core & thinly slice the apples.

Puff pastry
Almond flour

Step 2

Lay the puff pastry sheet in a parchment-lined pie pan. Prick the pastry with the tines of a fork. Sift the almond flour over the dough.

Applesauce

Step 3

Smear the applesauce over the almond flour & dough.

Step 4

Add the apple slices over the applesauce, arranging in fans of 3 or 4.

Cinnamon (ground)
Sugar (granulated)

Step 5

Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar over top (optional).

Step 6

Bake for 45 min.

Step 7

Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
