Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave. (You could also use a double-boiler over the stove top!)

Butter

Step 2

Add the butter to the melted chocolate. Stir until smooth & combined.

Heavy cream

Step 3

Add the cream & a pinch of salt. Stir again.

Step 4

Place a piece of plastic wrap onto the surface of the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate to fully cool for 2-3 hours.

Cocoa powder

Step 5

Once chilled, remove the ganache from the fridge. Add the cocoa powder to a shallow dish. Roll a spoonful of the ganache in your hands to form a 1-inch round truffle. Coat the truffle in cocoa powder. Transfer to a tray. Continue with the rest of the truffles.

Step 6

Chill the truffles for 30 min. Serve & enjoy!
