Green beans (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & trim the green beans. Add the green beans to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 3-5 min.

Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Transfer the chicken to a plate. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika & a drizzle of olive oil. Coat the chicken in the spice mixture.

Thread the chicken slices onto skewers.

Drain the green beans.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken skewers. Cook for 7-10 min total, but remember to turn them!

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.

Turn the skewers!

Fluff the couscous.

Greek yogurt

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.

Remove the chicken skewers from the pan.

Arrange the green beans & fluffed couscous on a serving plate. Lay the skewers over top. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with extra paprika (optional). Enjoy!
