Step 1
Wash & trim the green beans. Add the beans to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 3 min.

Slice the chicken into strips.
Step 3
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika & a drizzle of olive oil. Coat the chicken in the seasoning.
Step 4
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Step 5
Drain the green beans.
Step 6
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken skewers.
Step 7
Meanwhile, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Continue turning & browning the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 9
Fluff the couscous.
Step 10
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 11
Remove the skewers from the pan.
Step 12
Arrange the green beans & couscous on a serving plate. Lay the skewers over top. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with extra paprika (optional). Add a squeeze of lemon (optional) Enjoy!
