Baking powder
Rolled oats

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, oats & a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.

Butter
Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

Melt the butter & add to a separate medium-sized bowl. Add the sugar & whisk to combine.

Egg
Vanilla extract

Step 3

Add the eggs & vanilla extract (optional). Whisk to combine.

Step 4

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet. Fold everything together until just combined.

Add the chocolate candies & stir again.

Step 6

In a square baking dish lined with parchment paper, add the dough & spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 min at 350°F.

Step 7

Once the bars are completely set, remove them from the oven. Let them cool completely for about 1-2 hrs. Cut into squares & enjoy!
