Country bread (sliced)

Step 1

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or broiler.

Tomato (heirloom)

Step 2

While the bread is toasting, wash & thinly slice the tomatoes.

Country bread (sliced)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Basil (fresh)
Tomato (heirloom)

Step 3

Place the toasted bread on a serving plate. Top the warm bread with torn pieces of mozzarella. Then add the tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with chopped basil (optional).

Step 4

Add a final drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
