Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cube the butter into 1/2 inch pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, half of the sugar & the cubed butter. Mix the ingredients with your fingers, until it forms a course sandy texture.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine blueberries, the rest of the brown sugar, corn starch, a pinch of salt, lemon zest & juice.
Step 4
Add the blueberry mixture to an oven safe dish. Top evenly with the crumble mixture. Bake for 20-25 min or until the blueberries are bubbling & crumble topping is browned.
Step 5
Rest the crumble for 5 min. Serve & enjoy!
