Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in colander over a bowl, conserving the cooking water.
In the saucepan (off the heat), add the pasta, pecorino cheese & 1/4 cup of pasta cooking liquid (per person). Mix well.
Season with pepper & olive oil. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
