✅ Where is my order confirmation?


When you place an order, you may receive one or two confirmation emails depending on how you check out:

  • If you check out through Jow, you’ll receive two emails:
- one from Jow
- one from your grocer

Please note: the confirmation from your grocer may display the price before Jow discounts are applied. Don’t worry — your final total (with discounts included) will appear in your Jow confirmation email or in your order details in the Jow app.

  • If you check out directly with your grocer, you’ll receive only one confirmation email from them.

If you don’t see a confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Review your most recent order history in the app or on your grocer’s website.
  3. Contact your grocer’s customer service or reach out to us at support@jow.com for help.
