🎁 How do I receive my rewards and unlock new challenges?

Once you’ve completed a challenge, click the “claim” button on the associated card to collect your reward.

Once the challenge is validated, the reward is credited to your Jow card in the form of a coupon valid for 3 months.

Completing challenges allows you to unlock new levels. Each level reached gives you access to new opportunities to earn rewards!

⚠️ Eligibility conditions:

• To be validated, some challenges may require order receipt confirmation, so there may be a delay between the challenge validation and the reward reception.
• Challenges that require purchasing recipes involve buying at least 3 ingredients per recipe. Ingredients that are removed and then manually added from the aisle will not be counted. Conversely, if an ingredient is unavailable at the time of order preparation by the store, it will still be counted.

Jow reserves the right to modify the description and/or the reward amount of a challenge at any time, as well as its end date (expiration date).

A challenge that is no longer displayed in the ongoing challenges section is no longer available and cannot be completed.
