Lime

Step 1

Squeeze all of the lime juice into a small bowl. Reserve extra lime if you want to salt the rims later (optional).

Passion fruit

Step 2

Slice the passion fruit in half. Scoop the flesh into a separate small bowl.

Lime
Tequila
Cane syrup
Passion fruit

Step 3

In a glass or small pitcher, combine the lime juice, tequila, simple syrup & passion fruit. Stir it all together with a spoon.

Step 4

Salt rims optional! If you like salted rims, pour the salt onto a small plate. Wet the rims of the glasses with lime juice. Then dip them into the salt.

Step 5

Fill the drinking glasses with crushed ice.

Basil (fresh)

Step 6

Pour the drink mixture into the glasses. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Cheers!
