Oven, Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Knife

Smiley frozen fries

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the fries onto the sheet tray & bake according to the package directions.

Shallot

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel & finely chop the shallot.

Ground beef

Step 3

In a bowl, add the ground beef & the chopped shallot. Mix by hand. Season with salt & pepper, then mix again.

Step 4

Form small meatballs with your hands.

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs & cook for about 8 min on each side.

Green beans (frozen)

Step 6

Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the green beans for about 4 min. Drain & set aside.

Step 7

Take the smiley fries out of the oven.

Paprika

Step 8

Place the fries in a bowl & add a pinch of paprika. Toss to coat them well.

Ketchup

Step 9

On a plate, serve the meatballs with the green beans, smiley fries & ketchup. Season to taste & enjoy!
