Hazelnuts

Step 1

Add the hazelnuts to a blender or food processor. Pulse until finely ground.

Heavy cream
Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

Add the cream & sugar to a small pot over low heat. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 3

Roughly chop the chocolate. Remove the cream & sugar from the heat.

Step 4

Add the chocolate to the blender or food processor. Pour in the warm cream & sugar. Blend until smooth & creamy.

Vegetable oil

Step 5

Add the oil & a pinch of salt. Blend again.

Step 6

Spoon the spread into a glass jar. Tightly seal & refrigerate the jar. Best used in 1 week. Enjoy!
