Salmon (fresh)

Step 1

Remove the salmon skin & cut it into 1 inch pieces.

Pasta (linguine)

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. When the pasta is done, set aside a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.

Step 3

In the meantime, melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes to the pan & season with salt & pepper. Cook undisturbed for 5-7 mins. Set aside & keep warm.

Garlic

Step 4

In the same pan, add the grated garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Then add the butter & let it melt, over low heat.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)

Step 5

Once the butter is melted, add the heavy cream & grated parmesan. Mix & cook for another 2-3 min.

Step 6

Add the pasta & a splash of the reserved cooking water, if needed. Mix everything together.

Step 7

Add the salmon & stir it all together.

Step 8

Serve the Salmon Alfredo Pasta topped with extra grated parmesan, if you wish. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
