Step 1

Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Add oil and salt and pepper. Add to a sheet tray and place in an oven on 425 for 10 minutes. You can also use an air fryer.

Pepperoni (tranches)

Cut pepperoni into small pieces.

Pepperoni (tranches)

Step 3

Mix together half of the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and pepperoni in a bowl.

Step 4

Remove jalapeños from oven. Stuff peppers with cream cheese mixture. Add remaining cheese on top. Place back into oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melty. Enjoy!
