Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet tray with aluminum. Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Peel and finely cut garlic

Step 3

Place cut potatoes and garlic into a Tupperware dish. Add rosemary, salt, and olive oil. Put the lid on the Tupperware and shake vigorously to coat the potatoes in the delicious seasoned oil.

Step 4

Put potatoes on the sheet tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy & soft!
