Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Melt butter in a small dish. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. You can choose to add chocolate chips or walnuts if you fancy. Batter will be pretty thick. You can choose to make into a loaf of banana bread or into muffins. Spray your pan or line with muffin tins.
Step 3
For bread it will bake for 45-50 minutes. For muffins they will bake for 18-20 minutes.
Step 4
Allow bread or muffins to cook for 5-10 minutes. Store in airtight container 2-3 days. Enjoy ❤️
