Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pour the arrabbiata sauce into an oven-safe baking dish. Pour gnocchi over top & stir to combine.
Add 2 tbsp of water (per serving), then the pepperoni. Season with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle with the grated parmesan, then bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven & serve!
