Artichoke hearts

Step 1

Drain & roughly chop the artichoke hearts.

Olive oil
Garlic powder
Spinach (frozen)

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add frozen spinach, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir & cook until heated through, about 3 min.

Artichoke hearts
Cream cheese
Mayonnaise

Step 3

Add in chopped artichokes, cream cheese & mayo. Cook & stir until well-combined. About 2-3 min.

Parmesan (grated)
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 4

Stir in grated parmesan & shredded mozzarella until well-combined. The texture should be mostly smooth & creamy.

Pita chips

Step 5

Serve the dip warm with crunchy pita chips. Enjoy!
