Red velvet cake mix
Vegetable oil
Egg
White chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F & line a sheet tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs & white chocolate chips. Stir to combine. (Pro tip: use a rubber spatula - this batter is sticky!)

Step 2

Spoon out 1 heaping tablespoon of dough & roll it in between your hands. (Pro tip: spray the spoon with cooking spray for easy release!) Arrange each ball of dough on the tray, leaving 2 inches between. Lightly flatten each ball with your fingers. Bake for 10-12 mins. When they begin to brown on the bottom, they are ready!

Powdered sugar

Step 3

Let the cookies cool for at least 10 mins. Top with powdered sugar if you have & enjoy!
