Ingredients for 1 pie crust

Make sure you have...

Water (6 tbsp)

recipe

Flour (all-purpose)
Olive oil

Step 1

Add the flour & a pinch of salt (for 1 pie crust) into a large mixing bowl.

Water

Step 2

Pour the water & olive oil (about 1/3 cup of each for 1 pie crust) over the flour mixture. Mix quickly with your hands until you have a smooth ball of dough. *Be careful to knead as little as possible so that the crust doesn't become too tough. Cover in plastic wrap & place in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook.

Step 3

To cook, preheat the oven to 350°C. Flour a clean work surface & roll out the dough using a floured rolling pin. To easily remove it from the work surface, wrap it around the roller. Then, place the dough in a pie dish.

Step 4

Prick the bottom with a fork & add your desired filling. Bake for the time indicated on the recipe, until it is lightly golden. Remove from the oven & serve. Enjoy!
