Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta & the green peas according to package instructions. Reserve a ladle of pasta cooking water before straining. Set pasta aside.

Garlic
Pancetta (cubed)

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a hot pan over medium heat, add the grated garlic & cubed pancetta. Sauté for 5-6 min, until brown & crispy.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)

Step 3

Lower the heat of the pan to medium-low. Add the heavy cream & grated parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce starts to lightly thicken, about 1 min.

Step 4

Add the drained pasta, green peas & reserved pasta water, if needed. Stir & cook until the sauce thickens & coats the pasta, about 3-4 min.

Step 5

Serve the linguine Alfredo with pancetta & peas topped with more grated parmesan & black pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
