Coleslaw mix
Toasted sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Mayonnaise

Step 1

In a bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with sesame oil, rice vinegar, mayo & salt. Let it sit while you prepare the grilled cheese.

Provolone cheese (slices)
White bread (sliced)
Kimchi

Step 2

On one slice of bread, layer one slice of provolone, then the kimchi, then the other slice of provolone. Close with the other slice of bread. Continue with remaining sandwiches.

Butter

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat & melt the butter directly in the pan. Once melted, place the sandwiches in the pan & cook for 3-4 min per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown & crispy.

Step 4

Slice the sandwiches in half & serve immediately with the cabbage slaw on the side. Enjoy!
