Make sure you have...

Water (1.5 cups), 
Kosher salt (2 tsp)

Oven, Parchment paper, Mixing bowl, Kitchen towel, Sheet Tray

Yeast (dry)
Sugar (granulated)
Flour (all-purpose)
Water

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar & yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Set it aside for 5 min. Add 1/2 cup of flour. Stir & set aside for another 10 min.

Olive oil
Kosher salt
Water

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the salt, oil & the rest of the water. Whisk or mix it all together.

Step 3

Add the yeast mixture to the bowl of oil & water. Stir.

Flour (all-purpose)

Step 4

Add the rest of the flour to the bowl. Mix with your hands until it comes together into a ball.

Step 5

Transfer the ball of dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead as you turn the dough over for 10-15 min. It should be smooth & springy!

Step 6

Grease a large bowl with oil. Add the pizza dough. Turn the dough over in the oil. Tightly cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Set the bowl in a warm place for 60 min, or until it triples in volume.

Step 7

Remove the plastic wrap & punch down the dough. Form the dough into a ball again.

Step 8

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly flour a pizza pan or baking sheet. Stretch & roll out the dough into the shape of your pan. Pinch the edges to form a crust.

Step 9

Top the dough with your favorite sauce & toppings.

Step 10

Bake for 10 min at 450°F.
