Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder & salt.

Greek Yogurt (plain)

Step 2

Add the Greek yogurt. Mix & knead the dough with your hands until well-combined (it will be sticky)*. Form a ball with the dough. *Consult our tips for this step

Step 3

Lightly flour a clean work surface & place the dough on it. Divide it into equal pieces.

Step 4

Shape the bagels. Roll the pieces of dough to form balls. Make a hole in the ball with your thumb. Place your index finger in the hole & make circular motions to enlarge the hole. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough.

Sesame seeds
Cheddar (shredded)

Step 5

On a parchment-lined sheet tray, arrange the bagels with space between each one. Brush with beaten egg & sprinkle with sesame seeds, grated cheese or whatever toppings you prefer.

Step 6

Bake for 20-25 min at 400°F. When golden brown, remove the bagels from the oven.

Step 7

Slice the bagels in half & serve them with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
