French fries (frozen)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F or according to package instructions. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper & spread out the frozen fries. Bake according to package instructions, until golden & crispy.

Step 2

In the meantime, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Pat the chicken dry & add it to the pan. Brown it for 2 min on the first side. Season with salt & pepper. Turn over the chicken & cook for another 8 min, until fully cooked. Toast the buns on the same pan (optional).

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel & thinly slice the onions.

Step 4

Once the fries are golden & crispy, remove the sheet tray from the oven.

Tzatziki
Bibb lettuce

Step 5

Spread the tzatziki on the inside of both buns. Top with lettuce, grilled chicken & onion slices. Close with the top bun & serve the Greek-style chicken burger with the crispy fries. Enjoy!
