Fig & Ham Grilled Cheese

Step 1
Spread a layer of cream cheese onto one side of each slice of bread. Spread a layer of fig jam onto one of the slices.


Step 2
Top one half of the bread with one slice of cheese & the ham. Top with the remaining slice of cheese & close the sandwich.
Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the pan. Press down with a spatula, 2-3 min on each side, until the cheese is melted & the bread is evenly toasted. Remove from the heat.

Step 4
Halve the Fig & Ham Grilled Cheese & serve hot with a side of green lettuce dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
