Step 1
Add the cilantro, miso, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce & lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1 tbsp water at a time until it's the texture of pesto. Season with salt to taste.
Step 2
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet. Drain the noodles & return them to the same pot.
Step 3
Add the cilantro-miso sauce to the cooked ramen noodles & toss to coat.
Step 4
Garnish with extra cilantro & a lime wedge. Serve & enjoy!
