Chocolate Banana Sheet Pan Pancake

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, add: the flour, baking powder & a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.


Step 2
In a second bowl, add: the eggs & sugar. Whisk to combine.

Step 3
Melt the butter.


Step 4
Add the milk, melted butter & vanilla extract to the bowl with the whisked eggs. Mix again.
Step 5
Pour the milk/egg mix into the flour mix. Mix until fully combined with no clumps. Set aside.

Step 6
Peel & slice the bananas into rounds.

Step 7
If needed, roughly chop the chocolate.
Step 8
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with the bananas & chocolate. Bake for 15-18 min at 400°F.
