Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash & halve the baby potatoes.
Step 2
Wash, trim & dice the bell pepper.
Step 3
Slice or chop the chicken & chorizo.
Step 4
Add the chicken, chorizo, potato & bell pepper to a baking dish. Add the garlic (grated, minced, or crushed). Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Bake for 20-30 min, or until cooked through & crispy. Serve & enjoy!
