Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the brie for 20 min.

Potatoes (baby)

Step 2

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole baby potatoes. Cook for 15 min, or until fork-tender.

Remove the brie from the oven & place on a plate alongside the potatoes.

Step 4

Cut off the top of the brie & dip the potatoes into the melted cheese. Yum!
